We cover the following areas: Borrowash, Ockbrook, Spondon, Chaddesden, Oakwood, Breadsall, Allestree, Darley Abbey, Little Chester and the surrounding areas.

For rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, ferrets, gerbils, rats, reptiles, fish and birds we are able to feed, change water, groom and clean their living environments, ensuring highest hygiene standards are maintained.

We can provide first rate care while you are on holiday, short break, ill, or whenever you require us.  It is always our intention to try and replicate the owners routine and imitate the interaction that would normally take place between pet and owners.  We can also administer medicines, as supplied by your veterinarian.

In addition we also ensure that your property is securely checked and monitored during your absence. This includes bringing your mail, milk and newspapers inside, opening and closing curtains and leaving lights on as appropriate.

Our small animal sitting service is a cost effective alternative to boarding or using friends or family, ensuring professional care for the pets in their own home environment.

At North Derby Pet Sitters we never charge based on the number of animals you have, therefore if you have a small animal, alongside a cat, you will only be charged for a single visit, which would incorporate the care for both.

The above prices are fully inclusive and we do not charge for travel to your home. No VAT is applicable. No extra charges for weekends or Bank Holidays, EXCEPT Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day when our rates are doubled.

We offer a free initial consultation with you and your pet to assess your requirements and their needs. We will then agree the days/times for each visit with you and collect a key from you. We can call or text you after each visit to confirm they are OK, and we will of contact you if there are any problems or concerns with your pet or property.
